Non UK Licence Holders

The DSA are currently developing a system to enable Non UK Licence holders to obtain their Driver Qualification Card, provided that they have completed part or all of their Driver CPC training here in the UK.

Non UK Licence drivers whom reside or are authorised to work in the UK and complete the 35 hours of periodic training will be provided with a certificate or record of attendance. These are only provided through approved training centres.

Drivers will need to apply to the DSA for their Driver Qualification Card by completing the appropriate form and enclosing copies of their record of attendance along with their driving licence, a passport size photograph, supporting documents for identification and the relevant fee to the address below.
