CPC Certificates
CPC certificates issued by the RSA Examinaton board that do not have either a certificate number or a candidate number can now be replaced by OCR at a cost of £36.00.
Anyone that wishes to replace these certificates can now do so by completing the online form and if it is possible we encourage you to enclose a copy of your previous RSA Certificate. Candidates can post the completed form, certificate and payment to :
Archives, OCR Westwood Way, Coventry, CV4 8JQ.
